Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (domestic)
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days (may vary by location)
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to carriers or customs.
We are not responsible for changes of address that we were not made aware of and we ship to the address provided at checkout on this website. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any address changes and in the event that there is a change AFTER a shipment is sent out, the buyer is responsible for all fees necessary to redirect and return packages.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" and all of our customers are provided with tracking on every single order. At times, if we see multiple order in queue being shipped to the same address, we will combine the orders in the same package.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
